Well for my second video the audio was copyrighted but i found if you watch it on the channel the music still plays so if you wanna hear the music go to the channel and watch it

Thats odd, I get the same thing with all the music I buy from iTunes and Windows Music Shop

You could just use a search engine, and download it. ^
They wouldn't know about it, xD. Ask permission if you can't buy the song, if you stole the video, or if you have exactly the same exact video as anyone else.
